Mr. Matt

Hello! Please let me take this opportunity to tell you a little about myself. I am from the United States, and I grew up primarily in the state of New York. I have been teaching internationally for the past six years, and this upcoming academic year will be my third year teaching and living in Istanbul. I am married to Mrs. Laurel Green, who is also an English teacher at Acı Schools.

I love reading and have a love for teaching English literature. As you might expect, travel is one of my main hobbies. I have travelled all around the world. I also enjoy listening to and playing music, specifically piano and guitar. Discovering new cuisines is another important pastime of mine, and I occasionally even enjoy cooking!
